Terms and Conditions

All users who place an order on hirostarpadel.com establish a commercial relationship with Hirostar srl and therefore agree to accept these Terms and Conditions.

1. SHIPPING COSTS

Purchases made on hirostarpadel.com have an additional shipping cost of € 9.90 within Italy. For all purchases made on hirostarpadel.com, the additional shipping cost outside Italy varies depending on the destination location.

Shipments destined within the European Union do not contain an invoice or any other documentation with the value of the goods. All shipments destined for non-EU countries, as required by customs procedures, are accompanied by an official invoice indicating the value of the individual items.

2. SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES

All shipments within Italy, San Marino and Vatican City are made by courier. Orders are shipped by Hirostar srl from Monday to Friday. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed from the following Monday.

Estimated delivery times from the date of shipment: ITALY within 48 hours – Islands and Venice within 96 hours ABROAD within 7 days

During the promotional period, deliveries may take longer. Hirostar is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls or due to force majeure causes beyond Hirostar's control.

Upon arrival of the goods, customers are requested to carefully inspect the package before signing for proof of delivery of the shipment. If there is evidence of tampering, customers are asked to report the incident immediately to the courier and contact Hirostar at info@hirostarpadel.com. Any dispute regarding damage, shortages or incorrect delivery must be reported to Hirostar within 10 days of the delivery date, otherwise it will not be accepted.

3. PAYMENTS

At hirostarpadel.com you can purchase using the following methods:

PayPal : Your credit card details are never stored on our computer systems. This means that you can make real-time payments using your PayPal account or credit card. More information on paypal.com.

Credit Cards (Stripe) : Your credit card details are never stored on our computer systems. This circuit allows you to make real-time payments using a credit card. More information on stripe.com.

Bank Transfer : Upon completion of the order, the customer is sent a summary email containing the details for making the transfer. Orders are processed upon receipt of the transfer (on average, 3 to 5 business days).

4. RETURNS

For all purchases made on hirostarpadel.com, returns are free and the following rules apply.

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, unworn items may be returned for a size exchange, store credit (credit toward next purchase), or refund within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.

Return Instructions :

To request return authorization, simply send an email to info@hirostarpadel.com indicating the order number and the reason;

The courier to return the merchandise will be indicated in the email sent by hirostarpadel.com

Return shipping made with the courier indicated by hirostarpadel.com will be FREE; If the return is sent using a different courier, all costs will be assumed by the customer;

There are 3 types of compensation available:

Item exchange : It is only possible to exchange the same item by default if it is available;

Store Credit : As soon as the return is received and processed, a code for the full value of the returned items will be sent to the customer to use on future purchases;

Store Credit:

  • It can be used only once within 3 months after return;
  • Cannot be combined with other Store Credits;
  • Must be used in its entirety on an order of equal or greater value;

Refund : The refund will be made as soon as the return reaches the hirostarpadel.com warehouses and the garments are verified. For orders paid with PayPal, credit card or bank transfer, the amount will be refunded to the original account. The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Differences in the amount due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded.

Return shipping must be done within 14 days of receiving your order.

Garments must not have been worn, washed or altered, and must not show signs of use.

Each item must be returned with all original tags, packaging and accessories received with the order;

In the event that the customer receives defective merchandise or errors occur in Hirostar's shipments, the same return procedure indicated above must be followed;

Hirostar reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective merchandise and to cover the shipping costs for the return of the merchandise to the warehouse;

Returns authorized by Hirostar must be shipped from the same country in which the original order was delivered;

Hirostar reserves the right to not accept returns sent with couriers other than those indicated in the email with the return instructions if the delivery involves additional costs for Hirostar or requires collection at a courier branch;

Hirostar also reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns that do not meet all of the stated conditions. In such cases, the merchandise will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address. Acceptance of such returns will incur a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned merchandise.

For all matters not specifically covered by these Terms and Conditions, Italian and European legislation on distance trading shall apply.
